Went to get a propane tank refilled/swapped... since I had a Superior Swap n' go tank. Was rudely told they do not swap tanks at this location. Then when I asked ok that's fine, could you please refill it, was told the tank was expired by a few months. When I asked where I should go to swap the Superior tank, I was told Superstore across the parking lot. Superstore manager said they would gladly swap the tank but did not have any in stock, and I should go to the gas station to swap. Well, when I went back to the gas station, I got the same run around from the poor attendants who obviously had no clue what to do. I ended up purchasing a new tank (because I was late to get the bbq started for a party). Where exactly do the swap and go tanks come from if not from a Superior propane distributor?????
Staff here has issue with their hearing. Ask for $20 give you $40. Why do we even need full service ?!?!
Cheaper gas than anywhere else, even before you factor in the 7/liter you get if have optimum.
So on my lunch today, I went to get some gas here. While I was sitting waiting for my tank to fill, this incredibly intrusive dude came up to my open window, got in my face and gave me this drawn out speech about Optimum Mastercards, literally sticking his head into my car, asking me personal questions and everything - where I live, etc,. After I said NO to the Mastercard, for the third time, he made this derogatory grunting noise at me, and skulked off to the next car. All I wanted was some gas. I didn't agree to be solicited to. This kind of predatory sales tactic drives me crazy. If you're giving your personal credit information to somebody at a gas pump in a reflective jacket, you need to give your head a shake. So long as this is happening at Superstore pumps, I will never return.
Why do full service if the service provided is trash? I shouldn't wait a good 5 minutes when I see my pump is done. I ended up just going out and doing it myself.As soon as I got out though, someone was ready to pitch their mastercard to me.
