My fianc and I needed to purchase new furnishings and happened upon Lalji Home from our first steps into the store we felt welcomed, Pierina introduced herself and offered a cappuccino. We were able to browse the store, try furniture without being "followed" by a shadow. We didn't buy anything on our first visit. After looking at more than a dozen other stores we went back to purchase our first couch. When we needed help with design ideas, colour selection or just what would work in our space, it was there. We have gone back for three additional purchases, always feeling welcome and not pressured. I would definitely recommend Lalji Home to my friends and family.
We would like to say that Kim Aitken is an excellent sales associate. She was friendly, asked all of the right questions and definitely sent us in the right direction. Extremely helpful with the facts and product. Thank you so much Kim we are looking forward to putting these lovely chairs to use.
We had the best customer service (and latte ) Emile answered all of our questions, gave good advice and provided options to what we were looking for. Prices reasonable & include delivery. No gimmicks! Straight, honest service selling quality furniture. Highly recommend them. Even their delivery team were top notch!

Worst store in bc. I purchase one bed for my daughter and paid. My daughter told she don't like. I called them 10 time. First they told the sales women Kim is on two days off. They can't do any thing. I called today Kim told that her manager called me He didn't call me I called three times and then he call back and refused to cancel the purchase and very rude and unprofessional almost threatening me to take delivery. Don't purchase any thing I lost 1600 dollar. They are cheaters and they cheat me.
