It's a pretty library but one of the loudest libraries I've been to. Happens everytime.. Don't come here if you really want to study.
it's a new and descent library BUT it could be better. PLEASE add more tables and chairs and if possible, more quiet study areas for future!!!
A variety of books. You can also search other city's library databases and have the books you want delivered here. Or you can for example check out a book in Vancouver (vpl) and drop it off at this location once you've done reading it. Excellent wifi service. Wish they had more desks for individual use with access to more plugs though.
If you are a student like me and are looking for a quiet place to study, this library is much better than the others and also provides a lot of seating along with wall outlets for your phone or laptop.
One of the best and the most economical place to do scan or fax documents. Also, WiFi speed has been improving dramatically at this particular branch of Coquitlam Library (at least it was so for me when I was using WiFi there briefly on the late afternoon of July 25, 2018).
