Tried to charge me $1 for UPS package drop off. Take your business elsewhere.
The woman charged me $1 to drop off my DHL prepaid package. It wasn't a problem at all for me since I didn't want to drive further to another city just to go to a dedicated DHL drop off point. My main reason for a 1 star is that she tried to upsell. The woman claims I need 3 commercial invoice outside my package as I arrived with just 1. She then went off to photo copy 2 more invoice and charged me 25 cents each. My prepaid RMA instructions never mentioned that I need to provide 3 copies so I knew it was an instant scam but I paid for it anyways since it was just pocket change. I paid $1.57 with tax in total before I left the door and hopefully I never have to return a package with them again.

Ive had a mailbox here for over a year now and the owner has been nothing short of kind. Ive seen her handle lineups all by herself and still remain professional, kind, and patient.I dont understand why people are complaining about a $1 UPS drop off when they arent even customers lol. The shop isnt even UPS and the $1 is for liability.
Made a billing rate error, but quick to rectify it. Much appreciated.
