Horrible customer service, multiple orders over $40 being messed up due to a lack of care and pride in their workplace. On multiple occasions Ive called back to have issues with my orders and their attitude towards me is but you got a pizza didnt you like Im sapouse to be great full that I didnt get a empty box or a piece of paper with a middle finger drawn on it. It doesnt matter what business you are or what industry your in if you pay for a product or service you expect what you paid for expecialy when you sat down and put thought into what you order.It really is a shame the owner is a great guy, he even delivers my pizza. His staff on the other are miss representing his business and what it means to own a small business.
Pizza is good. but service is not as good as pizza.When I buy sliced pizza server gave me old pizza instead fresh one.And server are not that Kind.
Pizza is good and prices are reasonable. The flavors are great. Quality of customer service, however is declining. We often buy take out here and the staff are usually nicer and accommodating. Unfortunately, our recent experiences are disappointing. We experienced our pizza slices being placed haphazardly in the box. Another, the staff did not even offer to warm the pizza which they normally do before.
I dropped my entire pizza on the ground. Lol the gave me a new one but forgot thin crust and I paid we extra but pizza is amazing!!!
The last few times we ordered from this place we got cold food and horrible attitude from the delivery guy!!! Only if there was an option for no or minus star rating .... They used to be so good and our first pizza place BUT NOT ANYMORE. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
