Lots of unique things for my dog with major allergies
Me and my family went to the store when the previous owners had it for 20 years at least. I've been to the store TWICE since changing hands. First time, the owner had her dog locked up in a kennel behind the desk. Second time, I made a purchase out of desperation as I was expecting to foster two dogs. I went in a few days later to return the product (leash splitter) and was told they don't do refunds, only exchange or credit. I have no intention of returning there so I guess they get my $30. No refunds? What are you a used store or a Loonie store?
Very knowledgeable staff and their new location is great!! Christina is there a lot and she can help you pick out everything you need for your pup. They're great at grooming and they have a doggy daycare as well. Their raw food is really well-priced and they have a good selection of treats. Would definitely recommend!!
Every time I visit the store for my doggies needs I am greeted with friendly smiles and lovely chats. The staff are all Super helpful and generous with their time when asking for advice.
Great little independent store. I've been going there for years and am never disappointed. They're really good about special ordering for you and now that they've moved a little up the mall they have more room to deliver great products. Great staff who are knowledgeable and always willing to help and answer questions
