I want to thank Richard for the huge help and prompt response when our heating system recently broke. I called him at 7PM and next day he was at our home at 10am. He worked diligently to ensure the heating was working again. Unfortunately our situation was complicated and so he returned the next day to finalize the job. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything was fixed and operating properly. The estimate he provided us initially was honored even with the extra time required to help us. We are so happy and pleased with his detailed and precise work.We highly recommend him!!!
Same day service to replace our water tank. Worked extremely hard to finish the job. Was very straight forward with his price (best I found after calling around for a high efficiency tank), filled out the fortis rebate for us, and gave free advise for some other projects we have around the house. Seems like a very honest person and glad we found him and will use his services again in the future.
We had to get our get our hot water tank replaced. We called Richard in the morning and ask for a specific hot water tank. He did not say no nor tried to push us to get another hot water tank. Instead, he went out of his way and drove all the way to Langley to get it for us and install it on the same day. We are appreciative of that. The installation went smoothly without a hitch.
He was really in a rush getting to another job. We had him properly install and braze the 2 cold and hot copper pipes for a new hot water tank. Was really expensive at 120 per hour. Charged us 200 and couldn't even help install the gas pipe. All in all next time i won't consider Richards service. He did a good job but that last gas pipe fitting was told to do it ourselves otherwise he needed 30 bucks more. Pretty poor customer service to be honest. 200 bucks for a quick in a out. The guy had to sacrifice assisting in that last gas pipe install as we where uncertain in it's install but he just couldn't wait to get to his next job.
He came in and did an excellent job installing my dishwasher and a sink. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all our questions. A solidly done job.
