Namir Faraj used me to take out an electrical permit on a property he just bought. He said he wanted in-floor heating installed in an apartment, and when I got there he had the whole kitchen ripped apart. I told him he couldn't do his own renovations in a multi-family building and cancelled the permit. He didn't want to pay to have it done professionally. Hopefully the aluminum wiring doesn't burn down the building. Not very professional for an insurance provider.
