Masoud was an extreme pleasure to watch work. His store was super busy. He was able to touch each customer and let us know he was serving everyone in order. He focused while he was with us and made us feel valued while not being rushed. He knew his products and promotions well. His level of client service was amazing. I learned so much about service while spending time in his store.
Recently, I and my husband brought our granddaughter to play in the play area of the mall directly across from customer service. Normally, I like Coquitlam center but not this day. I had to get prescriptions and when I came back to give my husband a break from watching our granddaughter, the lady from the customer service brushed past me saying that there were a lot of little runners here today and that they were making a lot of noise. I said to her that is what children do who are playing. She then told me that I needed to teach "inside voices" and teach the difference between that and an "outdoor" voice. My granddaughter was not the only one making noise. Not even five minutes later the customer service lady was closing the play area for "maintenance ". I'm sure she closed it because she didn't like the noise the kids were making. And it wasn't even the end of mall hours. We had brought our granddaughter to the play area to play because of the smoky skies and the fact we couldn't go outside. And what the heck?, children make noise when playing and isn't that what the play area is for? I think this lady from customer service doesn't like children. Sharon White
Very nice mall. The upper floor has wood beams on the ceiling which makes it feel like a home. Very clean as well.
It is convenient because it has useful store, easy quick bites, a Walmart, London Drugs, and great clothes stores... Also this mall has a great small fruit and veggies store super close so it make easy to make many errands at the same time.
Great for families with young kids! The mall offers good amenities like family room (with change tables, breastfeeding seats, microwave and tv lounge). There's the indoor playground for kids, and the push-cars to use while shopping. They're free of charge, but get there early.
