I absolutely adore the lady that runs this place. She is not outwardly sweet, but she doesn't need to be. If you need something she will help, she will compensate, she find and offer. The bread is always fresh and good. I especially love the Bulgarian feta cheese she provides, its just creamy and perfect. This place is like those old school stores, where you get more than just food. She has on hand Persian media items, information about community whereabouts and the such. She will tell you whats up. Love this place and highly recommend.

I like their selection of Middle Eastern foods and the fresh flat breads. They run out of basic things quite often - hummus? really? in this market? - and they have silly rules about minimum purchases on their Inter ac machine. How much difference would that 25 cent charge really make to your business as opposed to alienating your customers?
This place is changed to Korean Market, Assi Market recently. It's very convenient to me to go there because of near by Coquitlam Center.
