I went in a while ago to ask about why my orchid isn't blooming. I didn't buy my orchid from here, but have had it for a while and it suddenly dropped all it's flowers. When I went in I didn't really explain this to the owner, I just asked for fertilizer and she wanted to know why. That's when I explained my situation. The owner took the time to explain a step-by-step process that I could do to get my orchid flowering again. I left without buying anything, because she said I didn't need fertilizer for it. My fiance gets flowers for me here all the time, and the owner is always very friendly and helpful. Once the debit machine was down (Valentine's Day) and she let him take the flowers with an IOU honor system. He came back a few days later when the machine was back up to pay for them. We are always pleased with the quality of flowers and their lifespan. You can tell there is great care to keeping everything perfect. I would highly recommend buying your plants here instead of Walmart or the shop in the Mall.
