Don't go here... I ask for a color and type of flower they gave me the wrong color and flower... and still took my 50$ when the flowers looked like they were something out of a Walmart flower section... annoyed.. Don't waste ur money
terrible service
I read some reviews and was worried but it was on my way and easy so thought try it!!! Well I called and a woman answered did not say company so had to ask who I was calling another worry. I asked for a wrist corsage she kept saying yes and did not listen really to what I wanted but finally I think she got it. Arrived to discover she made it while I waited for 15 minutes and that was ok and now understand why she did not care she would discuss it with me when I got there but that was not clear??? She was a lovely sweet Asian woman and was more than happy to give me exactly what I wanted and would have changed anything but it was perfect. I think you need to make sure it is very clear what you want as English is her second language but she knows what she is doing and I was very pleased...Janis Rains
The man who took my call was not only helpful, friendly, and willing to make suggestions (as per what flowers were in season and looking good in a planter), but was also willing to do a same day delivery when I called at 4 pm. They found me a suitable planter, wrote the note, and sent me a picture of what it would look like (as it was a custom design). It's due to be delivered soon. I'd say that's good service! =)
