I took my daughter in for a haircut and it was by far the worst haircut, and definitely a complete waste of my money (including tip) since I had to fix this cut myself. It wasn't apparent at the salon because her was curled, but the next wash revealed a whole section of hair was 2 inches longer than the rest. Her long hair was not cut straight across the back. How is this possible? May be time for the so called hair dresser to go back to school and learn basics of hair cutting!
The Grad updo for my daughter was amazing HOWEVER hairstylist burnt a big welt on my daughter's forehead when curling THEN proceeded to charge my daughter more money than that which was quoted as the price when we had booked the appointment over the phone. I was not at the appointment but when I saw the big burn welt when my daughter got home I phoned the salon to complain and all they would say is that they were "sorry " that it happened. My daughter went to Grad with open burn wound on her forehead the size of a nickel that we couldn't put makeup on because it was open. Unfortunately this hairstylist's lack of ability really affected my daughter's enjoyment at Grad due to her embarrassment from having a burn welt on her forehead in plain view. But more than that, the salon's attitude about it showed that they cared more about the money (charging extra than their own quote even) and that they didn't seem to care that they spoiled a Grad's special day. The hair itself was done amazing, but the curling iron burn to the forehead was a most terrible outcome, especially on Grad day. Aren't they trained in hairdressing school how not to burn people?
My daughter came away crying over how rude and condescending the stylist was. Hair cut was terrible. Now need to take her to another salon to get it fixed!
This place is a joke, I booked an appointment with them and when I showed up at the exact time, they tell me my appointment is an hour later. Really????? When you said you were available at 10:30, I even asked you politely if it could be a little earlier like 930 or 1000?? I understand that It wasn't possible but after confirming the time of the appointment over and over with you, now you tell me my appointment is even later than the original time? Give your head shake you have just lost a client.
