I am quite confident that I would not have had close to the outcome I had with my ICBC settlement; if I had to go it alone. It was nice to work with Sharene and her team Shawna and Amy. Sharene is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and was very patient with all my questions. She also offered and made it clear that I was able to meet with her as many times as I needed, in order for me to feel prepared, confident and well briefed before any interactions (i.e., discovery or ICBC's medical expert appointment). This was very important to me. I would fully recommend.
