Older facility with some rooms in rough shape. Problems in this hotel with hot water and toilet plumbing. Great food in the restaurant but be prepared to pay. Breakfast buffet was disappointing but dinner entrees were exceptional. There is a little sushi place beside the hotel that is a hidden gem and is a must visit. Hotel location is ideal and parking is plentiful in their parkade. Desk staff are exceptional and redeem the mediocre state of the rooms. Rates are higher than they should be, probably due to the fact that the Best Western down the block just closed.

Always an excellent stay. The front desk staff are top notch over any hotel I have stayed at. Rooms are fantastic especially the corner suites with the views. Rooms are clean and comfortable and my choice to stay here every time I go out to the Lower Mainland area when on business. Fantastic hotel which I give a five star rating.

Photos online and lobby looked great. Everything dirty and very dated. We had no hot water in our room for showers and apparently no manager working weekends to deal with the situation. Front desk staff seemed very "oh well". I asked gal at restaurant if reservations were required - half of it was empty at 8pm. She said yes. We left and walked to another restaurant, to come back and see no one in the restaurant. Room was quiet considering the skytrain and street were out our window. Expecting a phone call on Tuesday from management - wow.

Lovely clean room. Bedsheets were white, crisp, and smelled fresh. Our room was on the kitchen 10th floor so nice and quiet. Check in was quick, underground parking is $8.50 per night and convenient. Ordered room service which was quick and fancy plus reasonably priced. Did not have a chance to try the pool or gym but would stay here again and give them a try. Toiletries are Lemon Verbena scented which is quite nice. Lobby is swanky, room is decorated simply or would have gotten a full 5 star review. King sized bed.

A few problems with my 3 nights here. Key would not work.... Multiple keys (5). Water was not hot.... It was cold.... Over charged for one night by $80 this was after I was assured I would have a reduced rate. The room was very dark, it needs updated pot lights or something. As a customer I felt as though I was receiving lip service and no actual service or remedy to my concern. Having said that the reastruant/bar service was excellent. I loved the live jazz each night and bartender Adam was fabulous!
