Clean rooms, good service, good on site restaurant. Good fitness facilities. Good wifi. Free parking is nice, wish it was more secure. Convenient area close to lots of shops.Disappointed by the fact that they advertise a hot tub and there in fact is not one. Sauna out of order, made all the more irritating since theres also no hot tub.
Hotel was OK but would not be my first choice. They made a valiant attempt to modernize parts of the rooms but unfortunately still more work required. What turned me off rating it average is the floors in my room were dirty. Disappointed as it did not seem like someone had vacuumed in a few days. I keep my house clean and I would expect the same out of a place I pay good money to stay in.
Nice room other than very hard mattresses. Would have been nice to have a pool for the cost of the room. Restaurant had very good breakfast.
Very nice hotel, the pub is nice and the attached restaurant looks inviting but I didn't eat there. The rooms are clean. Staff seem courteous and eager to assist you. They have some nice theme rooms too. A little expensive but at least you get what you pay for.
The rooms were clean, and well appointed. We had a nice 1 bedroom suite, and they supplied bottled water using recycled plastic bottles, which I thought was neat! The room was very private, even though there were a lot of kids around us, we had a nice peaceful night's sleep!
