I saw Adina for a sports related knee injury. Her knowledge and explanation on the subject was amazing. She had great exercises and stretches to aid in my recovery. If the exercises were too difficult, she was able to modify the technique so that I could work up to the more difficult level. I left her clinic feeling I had a solid, realistic plan to work on. She was very patient and kind when dealing with my questions and took the time to make sure that I was happy with her explanations. I highly recommend her for any sports related injury.
After months and months of persistent lower back pain, I thought Id give Adina a visit after finding her card at Mariner Brewing and am I ever glad I did. During my first visit, I was thoroughly impressed by Adinas commitment to finding out what the issue was and her ability to provide a wide range of solutions from acupuncture, ultrasound therapy, building strength through exercises and use of k-tape to increase healing. Following that first visit, I felt a dramatic decrease in the amount of pain I was experiencing. This meant sleeping through the night, exercising, and standing/sitting without being in a constant state of pain. After a few subsequent visits I feel like Im back to my normal self, something I didnt think would be able to happen so quickly. Im so thankful to Adina for everything shes done to help me get to this point. Adina is a miracle worker and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
