We recently replaced our old roof with a new metal roof. We were impressed by the entire process, from initial consultations, to the completion of the work. We were even surprised at the thoroughness of the cleanup post installation. The team was courteous and patient with our questions and queries. We would like to commend Sean on the consultations, Michael on the project coordinations, and Noel and the roofers for the craftsmanship. I would highly recommend their services for those considering roofing work.
Every person we dealt with at Penfolds was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. We are so glad we chose Penfolds for our new roof. From our first meeting with Sean Crowther our technical advisor we knew Penfolds was the company we wanted to go with. Everything was explained to us regarding the different types of shakes we could choose, Sean even had the shakes with him so we could see the differences. We felt very comfortable dealing with everyone at Penfolds and the actual crew who installed our roof was incredible and did an amazing job. You could certainly tell Rey and his crew take great pride in the product they produce. Our roof is a work of art and we love it. A new cedar roof is a big investment and it was so nice to have such capable people to deal with. We did not have any problems whatsoever during the project. The roof was started promptly on the day we were told it would be and was even finished a day early after a few very long days. Our yard was cleaned up and there was no debris left laying around. It was spotless. I would highly recommend Penfolds to anyone that is in need of a new roof because in my opinion our roof looks far superior to the other cedar roofs being installed in our area.
Our first experience with Penfolds roofing was when they performed an emergency fix for a leaking skylight - that no other roofing company would even touch!For the next few months, while we waited for our new roof, Penfolds was always there - ready to investigate at the slightest problem.I was nervous about replacing the roof in the middle of February, but Penfolds assured me there would be no problems - and they were right.Our contact, Hamish, was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the entire duration of our project. Our Strata recently completed a roofing replacement project and I thought that the project went very well. It was finished on budget and ahead of schedule. There were no issues, the work proceeded quickly and efficiently and I didn't hear anything from any of the residents (which is a good thing).
