A little strip mall type place in Coquitlam that's a little on the older side so I'm not sure how long it'll last in its current form. But for the time being, lots of shops like Shoppers Drug Mart, Value Village, Pizza, Community Police Station, Dollarama and many more. Very convenient to get to for transit users and drivers. Plenty of parking if you drive and if you take transit, the skytrain station is literally right in within the plaza.
Deeply mediocre. Very few useful amenities, I expect the whole thing will be replaced soon with it's proximity to the station. There's a shoppers but it's small and cramped and has limited selection.
A dollarama, a value village, shoppers, safeway and one persian super market are the main shopping stores in this plaza. This is vast parking area as well.
Nice place but has lost many of its restaurants due to construction in the area
Located on the south side of Clarke Road in Coquitlam. At 580 Clarke Road. Serviced by both Skytrain and a bus line. Anchor by a newly renovated Safeway with most grocery items and a pharmacy. This is good size strip mall for all your shopping needs. Including a CIBC bank, Shoppers Drug Mart with a post office inside, a dollar store, a pizza place etc. I usually stop by the Value Village located in the mall to browse. Stop by the dillar store, Do my banking and mail some letters and fill a prescription and pickup a pizza, all at the same place. NOTE there is only surface parking here except at Safeway.
