All the ladies at Avora are amazing! I have always struggled with my skin and every time I visit here I see improvements. Marina suggested a treatment based on what she thought was going to work best for me and never made me feel like I was being pressured to buy products or treatment packages. I feel 100% comfortable walking into Avora makeup free and always have a great experience! Thank you for everything ladies! I will continue to visit Avora for all my skincare needs

I have been seeing Olga at Avora Skin Spa for the past couple of years. In the past year I have had a not so fun journey with adult hormonal acne and the care, patience, kindness and expertise that Olga has provided has been incredible. She KNOWS skin and always uses best practice in suggesting treatments. Not only is she professional (as is all the staff there) and very good at her job, she is also very supportive and empathetic to the emotional impacts that troublesome skin can have and I always leave feeling so reassured that I am not alone and that I am supported. Yes, it is a superficial issue to have but it definitely starts to take a toll on how you feel about yourself. These ladies are amazing estheticians and amazing people. They truly care and want to help, and they do!
Marina is very knowledgeable, professional, and at the same time friendly and will make you comfortable. I have enjoyed my sessions with her and I'll be back again
Thought I'd give an honest review as I believe there to be a few fake ones on here! Super friendly staff, that's where it ends on the positives I'm afraid. Booked an hours relaxing massage. Arrived and was not offered a drink. I wouldn't normally mind but the other clients were being offered green tea and all sorts. The masseuse who treated me was a lovely person but boy she wouldn't shut up. I booked a relaxing massage not a get to know you seminar. I think 30 seconds was the longest pause for silence in the hour. The massage itself was not relaxing and I wouldn't go back nor recommend. It was pretty brutal and sore. Alena is very inexperienced and this showed. I will have to visit another masseuse to put right what she did. I'm still in pain after a week!!I was also advised I would be getting hot stones complimentary, this never happened. When I left I was offered a glass of water. Thanks! 1 star for being lovely people but nothing for the quality of massage.Please take note of the response of the owner. It made me laugh, they haven't got a clue. Not once have they responded to my specific issues. Regardless of the response, I stand by the fact that their 'best' masseuse is no good. (5 years of nothing). If you're after a relaxing massage give this place a big swerve.
