Have been there a couple times and they started me at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment . My last time going in I waited 45 minutes after my appointment that they forgot to put in there system and they rushed my nails and did a very bad job. It has been 4 days and my acrilic nails and polish are chipping and some of the acrilic got on my skin and was baked on under the light and that was hard to get off my skin. Definitely better places out there
Been coming to get mani/pedis & a tan for over 3 years. Not once have I been disappointed ! Linh and her crew are so sweet and accommodating.
Horrible horrible service! I had been there before and they were ok, they screwed up my pedicure once so I thought I would give them another chance. I booked my appointment for 12:30pm because I wanted to make sure my baby was asleep. He slept earlier and I called at 11:20 to ask if I could come earlier, I packed up my stroller and baby stuff and came got there at 12 and they tell me they can't take me and that sorry they called me, I have no missed call from them or even a voice message and then the next appointment would be 1:30pm so they even gave away my original appointment and here I'm with my baby in a stroller!! How messed up is that! As you can see it's all about the money for them, forget the client loyalty! Will never go back! Don't recommend at all!
This place is absolutely terrible, they only care about their returning customers and could not care less about new ones. I had an appointment at 2:00pm for a refill and they did not take me until around 2:30. No one asked how I was doing and the staff kept offering their favourite customers water but did not offer me anything. By the time it was my turn, the lady kept burning me with the electric file and each time I told her it hurts, she continued to hurt me. I finally decided just to take my acrylics off and not get a refill because their service was straight up horrible. Its not worth the money, would not reccomend to anyone.
Amazing service, all of the ladies that work there are great, I get my nails done, waxing done and can't wait to try a facial. Lyn the owner is superb and makes sure to make your experience is top notch, from offering wine for their all inclusive pedicures to using different types of wax for different skin types, she goes above and beyond. Thanks for making every vist awesome!
