We purchased a gorgeous solid wood dining room set with matching buffet. The service was fast and very efficient. My husband spilt red wine on the white chair fabric and I was heartbroken. I tried club soda and other products to remove the stain but,no success. If I had called the store first they would have instructed me on how to properly remove the stain. I was delighted when Jason told me a replacement was available at a minimal cost and would be delivered the next day. Thank you Prestige for your outstanding customer service. I called in couple weeks ago and spoke with Jason. I told him I needed a small amount of stain to patch a scratch from one of my dogs on our footboard of the Kingsize Bed frame we had purchased from them some time ago. At first he said he could order me a small amount but as I was not sure if the new mattress I had ordered would fit in the frame I said I would call back. Before hanging up he said he has a little of the stain I needed and I could stop by to pick it up. Well today I went over the Prestige Wood to both pickup the stain and order the matching dresser and a sideboard. The fellow that was there told me that he called Jason at home and there was no stain but he was happy to order me some. I explained I only needed a tiny bit and did not want leftovers but he continue to say there was nothing he could do. We left without a teaspoon of stain and we did not order our sideboard or dresser either. I will not go back ever. So for $1.00 worth of stain they lost $4000.00 to $5000.00 dollars in new business!
Furniture is very high quality. Sales service by Jason was excellent. Delivery was terrible: Did not have all the furniture I ordered, no tools, and scuffed up a wall, and dinged a closet door.
July 2015 we purchased our very first (and hopefully last) grown up bedroom set from Prestige Solid Wood Furniture. To me, the price was shocking. Keeping in mind, I had been planning my budget based on ads from the Brick and stores of the like. After serious comparison shopping, measuring, lists and conversation, my husband was able to reason with the cost effective and lazy side of me. He explained we could either buy the particle board set for half the price and continue to replace the particle board set every few years OR we could buy the solid wood set and die in it. I decided I would much rather purchase quality and be buried in it. And that is exactly what we did. The customer service was excellent. The delivery and set up was awesome. I want to go back and buy more! Dining room set maybe? I hope so!
