They build sofa for our home. Sofa build quality is average but they took multiple months to build. They do not have enough man power and expertise to deliver. In short we paid more than twice the price of same size sofa with more headache and average quality.
Locally made high quality Canadian living room furniture which is totally customizable! We are both tall and were able to order exactly the dimensions we wanted in a sectional with a built-in pull-out bed that will fit perfectly into the space we have. There was a wide range of fabrics and suggested styles to serve as guidance in determining what we wanted. Laura was extremely patient with us and a huge help in guiding us to make the right choices for comfort and value.
If you want a sofa that will last you a lifetime then go here. By fluke they had exactly what we were looking for right on the floor ready to go, with a fun pattern to match our place. We have now had our couch for two years and it is still good as day 1. My advice would be that if you are going to spend the little bit extra to get something custom, and made in Coquitlam make sure to take a few extra minutes and pick something that will speak to your personality and build out your house. The staff here will help you every step of the way and make sure to build you something awesome.
Amazing shopping experience! I would recommend SofaWorks to everyone I know beautifully made and durable furniture and the customer service I received from Laura was truly incredible! She should teach a class on proper sales and customer service skills! Will definitely be returning to SofaWorks for all my furniture needs and could not be more in love with my new gorgeous couch and love seat set as well as my new bed!
