Treated and spoken to very poorly by one of the employees(kayle) who was in contact with me. As we have used them many many times in the past! Was shocked at how unpleasant the girl who I spoke to was,Grilled me like I was a criminal...not a customer!
I've always had good service with them and they have helped me out with several issues in the past. I've never seen a lineup and I'm usually in and out fast. They are close to where I live so I deal with them unless they are closed.I just wish they were open on Sundays.
This is my go to insurance place. I'm very picky about service and this is the place. The staff are very friendly and always have time to answer questions and give advice. I wish they were open Sundays, but I understand.
