I was absolutely amazed at the customer service level when I entered this facility. I came late in the evening, last hour until closing, and the woman working there managed to assist myself and two others, multi-tasking between us to ensure we got served in a timely manner, we all left happy. Not only that, but she pointed out a huge flaw in my current insurance, as I was not covered for something that should have been. Long story short, she saved me some money, explained everything in detail, and was super friendly along the way. Thanks for your help, Jackie :)
