This is my favorite car insurance place! Always quick, answer my questions knowledgeably without having to call someone else, and even saved me 5% on my insurance yearly. I only go to this location now for any ICBC needs, specifically to see Bobby because he is great! Not to mention I can swing by while I'm getting groceries at Super Store.
Service was less than mediocre, but I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want a large amount of spam mail, e-mails and phone calls. I have been informed that the only way to not be on their spam list is to not go there again, this won't be a problem.
Just had a great experience with a bad predicament from ICBC . The service was excellent and done without question or worry for compensation. Bobby was a treat to work with and very professional. I sadly renewed with another agent and things didn't go well. Bobby saved my day. I have insured here before and Always have had excellent service. Highly recommended.
