she was trying to help me find out what I want on my bracelet and she wasnt pushy at all! such a relief and I actually needed to help me even I didnt qualify for the exchange but they did the favor! Great job
Bad customer service experience....Today, I came in with my fiancee and unfortunately we were helped by an old lady who was not in a good mood.. When she approached us, we noticed right away that she looks so awful and even never wear a smile and obviously not friendly...Its almost the tip of my tongue to say to her , We DO NOT WANT YOU to help us I give her a look in return to her service to us.. We were not happy at all with her. Good thing a very nice and friendly staff,( I think she is the manager ) approached us and comforted me and I told her that lady is not friendly and welcoming....She should be sent to a CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKSHOPS.. so that she will know how important the customers are... or why employed an old lady, they are sensitive. I worked at a company who strives to render an excellent customer service and attended few CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKSHOPS thats why I always know if you are treated nicely
I usually have a pretty good time shopping here when Ivy is helping me out. Shes super nice and patient with me. Too bad she wasnt working today. A girl who wasnt wearing a name tag was sent over by her manager to help me with an exchange. She was so curt with me and when I asked her for a new charm other than the original one she showed me, she snapped that it was a new one. While I was deciding what pieces to get, she started tapping her nails on the glass impatiently. I understand you have sales goals to meet and an exchange may not help your store sales but that doesnt mean giving your customers attitude.

Correct me if I'm wrong but 25 business days seems like an awlful long time to wait for a ring I ordered my wife. Actually its been 35 business days because it took 5 business days to for Victoria to receive the product request and process it. It's supposed ti be shipped from Victoria location to Coquitlam Location as of Aug 20th. I've left 2 messages without a call back and I've been into the store to talk to someone about my order and she assured me I would get a call as soon as they receive it in Coquitlan location. I am not confident I will receive a response especially seeing how inactive Pandora is not active on this page. I have shopped here for years and now I don't feel like it anymore. I'm looking forward to hearing a response please and thank-you.
