Mediocre selection of mens rings, but more importantly to note, poor customer service; irritable, rude, and unprofessional demeanour when I addressed a concern regarding a sterling silver ring. No matter the question and no matter the difference in opinion, you should not respond in an unprofessional and passive aggressive way to customers. To be fair, I am willing to visit again and possible do business on the basis of other customers positive experiences. However, I did not have a good first impression. Best of luck to the owner.
Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. Gave me a fake quote $150 to repair my gold Seiko. I went to Citi Jewelry Exchange a few doors down and he examined the watch, said it was the battery. Put in a new battery and it's fixed for $10. Read more on Yelp!

Amazing customer service! I come here for everything. My hubby and i both had our rings done here. Mine was custom made. All i can say was wow! Fabulous work and such a professional atmosphere! Will always come back here.
