Great place to walk or run right in my neighbourhood. Love to bring my Siberian Husky here as the 1 kilometre trail around the lake is all gravel and bark mulch. Best time of day for me is early morning or late in the evening. Great place to have a picnic with tables provided. Upgraded kids play Park is well used. Parking at both south and north end of the lake off Gatensbury Road. They recommend not to feed the birds as it does attract the rats to the area.
Love going for walks around the lake. Clean quiet very relaxing. Nice place to spend the afternoon fishing and chilling with friends... Lots of open spaces, benches several picnic areas. Best of all the park never gets overly crowded
Luv this park. Good place to walk the dog. Playground for the small kids. Benches for just relaxing outside. Good walk for exercise. Old and young. Frequent this park often.
Great park for kids and adults. On a sunny day, you can go for a walk around around the lake and do some trout fishing. The city of Coquitlam stocks this lake with farmed rainbow trout. An excellent place to enjoy with the kids.
Cute park with an actual little lake or very big pond depending on how you see it, the playground is fully fenced off from the rest of the park, great for the little ones, the lake has a little dock that people fish at, in the summer the playground stays fairly cool due the tall trees providing shade, all things considered,.
