Totally unacceptable and poor customer service from a cashier named Emily. I went to return shoes that didn't fit me right and came with the receipt. The shoes were only worn once barely any dirt and when she looked at them she said she wouldn't give me my money back when i asked cause she saw a smidge of dirt on them. As a customer I felt ripped off as they were $106. A smidge of dirt shouldn't matter as they still looked new. I wont be returning to their store again as she was incredibly rude about it.
If I could give less than one star I would. The man who was working here (and claims to own it) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Five customers in the store and he didnt offere help to either of them or greet anyone. He sat behind his computer the entire time. The shoes were marked final sale, but Soft Moc two doors down offers a one year warranty. At the end of our purchase when we were paying we said your welcome and he replied I didnt say thank you super friendly gentlemen (or not). We told him he was rude and we wouldnt be returning, he replied fine, fine! And shrugged his shoulders.
