Was looking to spend a decent amount of money on a couple of well made shoes and popped into Soft Moc this past weekend. When I entered the store there were 2 other people shopping. The two staff members stayed behind the counter the entire time and did not offer any assistance to any of us. Myself and another customer had to approach the counter to request shoe sizes and were made to feel like an inconvenience. I went to sit on one of the benches anticipating trying the shoes on. After a few minutes the staff member came out, stayed at the front of the store and just loudly said, "Yeah, we don't have your size in any of those." No offer made to try a similar style, contact another store, or even the decency to walk over and tell me despite them not ringing a single customer transaction through while I was in the store. They were both unhelpful, unfriendly and completely unapproachable. I will not be returning to this location.
Just wanted to give these guys a shoutout!! I exchanged some boots that I got at another soft moc but I accidentally left an orthotic in one of them. They were great and held it for me so i could pick it up. Also great service so thanks so much!
