Good place to get rain stuff for the kids. The service is pretty good if you avoid the busy days.
Terrible customer service by young lady with glasses. She was not interested in helping me find a product that wasnt damaged. I hope to see her become more helpful and knowledgeable of a simple return policy rather that rolling her eyes when I asked to see another pair of shoes and saying that I had to read the return policy at home instead of sayin it to the customer like at a normal store. For the record the store was empty so she was just being sassy and rude.
I went in to buy some rain gear for my two kids. The staff were helpful and I ended up with some great stuff for the kids to have at school. It was busy but they still made time to make me feel important. I have also bought shoes and boots here in the past and they were better quality than other stores cheaper brands.
Great store for measuring and fitting kids shoes. Nice selection of shoes. My kids love going there for shoes!
We usually get all of our back to school shoes from these guys. They do get on the ground and work with the kids. Nice having this store in the Tricity.
