I dont know where they find their estheticians but the first time I had a mani/pedi here it took 5 hours and I was almost late for work. The massage chair doesn't work..she told me to push the on button and it vibrates like a video game console..even though I had specifically asked because I was very pregnant at the time. The polish was a basket of random brands and there was little selection. I went back a week ago (this is 8 months later) so thought I would try again because I live close and have a young baby now so dont have alot of time to myself. I mentioned on the phone about my previous experience and they said shes no longer there (she is) I got booked with another girl who didn't file the top coat off my gel so she soaked it while doing my waxing and of course its still there. I even mentioned this was why and that I'm an esthetician myself and she just ended up filing it all off anyway..The Brazilian and full leg wax was done terribly. So many spots missed. It was my birthday the next day and had to redo it all myself super rushed before company came while my baby was in his jumper. When it came to the pedicure I had askes for French on the phone when booking. At the time she said the whites they had werent good for French. I asked her to try and it worked out fine as far as going on but she didnt even push back my cuticles and the French itself was done alright but not perfectly. Massage chair still not working.This errors I didnt notice at the time because I was trying to have a moment of relaxation and not micro manage my service. I requested a refund for the waxing once I saw at home how bad it was. I got a partial then full refund and was then asked not to book a treatment here again! As if I would...but how absolutely diabolical. I was very upset my time had been wasted but I still was polite and reasonable with my complaint and simply stated if it was my place I would want to be aware. This was more than just a mistake. This is a severe lack of training or laziness. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im just left speechless really I couldve paid a friend less to do a better job with no training or done it myself. Plus treating me so disrespecfully because I call them out on a poor service...just awful!
I had Farah for my fall special - she did a deep tissue massage, diamond microdermabrasion and a facial - it was absolutely incredible. She has the STRONGEST hands, and is the best masseuse I have ever had. She is just a wonderful woman and made my experience so good. I will definitely be coming back.
Amazing electrolysis with Farrah she is a medical electrologist she provides a very relaxing and calming environment. Extremely kind. In her words it is not a procedure it is a solution. Excellent service. Highly recommend her.
