After all it is a gym affiliated with the crappy chain of Steve Nash fitness. So what xna you expect? Pushy sales. Once you become a member constant harassment of buying personal one on one sessions. A club enhancement fees. Broken equipment that won't get fixed on time (Steve Nash Brentwood was so bad at this members where coming in and fixing machines an hour before their workout to use it ) great for the price if you know the basics but horrible if you're a beginner
Im super impressed with this place!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The trainers are generous with their time and very knowledgeable. Good space to workout, spar, and lots of training equipment. The classes are fun, educational and hard work. Schedule is flexible with morning and night training. Just a good vibe all around!

Great coaches and a very clean gym. Why a 2 star review then? It seems that this place hires only scammers as their customer service representatives. Due to certain circumstances, I had to cancel my membership before my 12 month ended. However, when I went to go speak with one of the sales, Keivan, he told me to get a plane ticket as proof that I won't be living here anymore. To confirm this, I asked a coach if this was true, and he did. The next day, Keivan tells me that I couldn't use a plane ticket as proof and I needed a rental agreement or something of the sort. I was skeptical, so asked for a manager's number. When I called and asked what I needed to show to cancel my membership, the representative told me I needed a plane ticket, so I told him Keivan said I needed something else. Suddenly this guy changes stories and goes along with Keivan's story and asks for an address. When I said i was gonna go through my phone, he hangs up. I tried calling back but nobody picks up. So I reluctantly go back, but I happen to have a photo of a deposit agreement. But when I go to show Keivan, he's having a conversation with another client. He drags it on and on until I decide to leave. "Coincidentally", the client is leaving the building by the time I get to my car. It's so sad to see a gym with great coaches be run by corrupt, unprofessional corporate pigs. I would've recommended this gym, but sadly I cannot, for you will fall victim to their scams, like locking you into an agreement to hemorrhage money. Please avoid this gym, that maybe one day, they will get the message.
I recently had a first class personal training session with Coach Marko Sabo to help my recovery after a car accident. He was attentive, and cared enough to explain the exercises thoroughly. Super impressed with his specialized knowledge and skills to set me on the right path. I hope to be back once I feel better, THANK YOU Marko!
