I went with my family to Torta Persian Cuisine last Sunday. I would like to say I haven't had such a good experience for long period of time in a Persian cousine. The quality of the food was excellent, the amount of two meals was pretty enough for three persons. The service and respect to customers was extra ordinary. Thanks so much for the good time we had at your cuisine.
Lamb was excellent. So was the rice. Fresh and clean. Portions for the price were more than reasonable. Service was friendly and relatively fast. Liked that they didnt use disposable plates and utensils for eat in. Definitely will be back!
This place is located inside the Henderson Place food court. At first I thought $13 was a bit high, however it is totally worth it. The portions are very generous, and most likely you'll have some leftovers. You also get either a salad or yogurt on the side, which is a nice bonus. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Great food. Had the lamb shank, salad and rice plate. About 12 bucks or so Canadian dollars... So 9 bucks plus change US dollars. Feed the of us easily which is quite a bit of food. Remember to get some extra lamb shank juice /sauce to pour over the rice. Yummy!
I have visited this Persian Cuisine several times and I have always been satisfied. The rice is cooked very well. Lamb Shank is really delicious and I like it very much. I have also tried Chicken and Abgoosht. Both meals were really good. The bread was baked fresh and Abgoosht was prepared in an elegant and nicely chosen stone vessel making the meal really tasty. I highly recommend this Persian Cuisine.
