I was worried this past winter when we had very heavy rains but everything stayed dry. Lighting in the unit allowed me to go in evenings to take or restore goods. Convenient location, emailed billings and other communications make it very easy to work with this company. Friendly staff too! Of all 5 places that I have used in the lower mainland this one has been the best.

The Maple Leaf Self Storage Coquitlam team are friendly, helpful and just simply amazing. Never had self storage before, they patiently explained everything to me and helped me choose the right locker. Shortly after I got my locker, I changed to a bigger locker and then went on vacation. While away, I realized I forgot something in my previous and now unsecured locker, when I contacted the MLSS team, they were immediate to help me. You cannot beat that. Thank you! FIVE STARS TO THIS TEAM!

you know bit old facility in the town. not too busy, no worry services and asking questions. don't know about price comparable, but friendly staff make me easy desition. these guys are really good!!

Maple Leaf Storage has been of good use to me for the last couple years. The front desk service is very good and access to the locker is very easy. I looked around before choosing Maple Leaf Storage and don't regret it. Thank you
