I've been a client at the Coquitlam Storage For Your Life facility for several months. From the start I've found Alicia to be approachable, informative, compassionate and very accommodating. I've had to deal with some unpredictable circumstances and am always grateful for Alicia's prompt replies to my email and phone requests. It's a huge relief to know my belongings are safe in a secure and well taken care of facility. When I recently found out that there is shredding services available, I was thrilled. Well, I'd like to score you well, but given you keep jacking your rental up to the point now that your are now just north of being almost $100 more than any other comparable storage facility in our area. Honestly, if I could find another space I would but the less expensive units of comparable size in our area are very rare right now. Between my rent and your storage costs, I'm paying more per month than some peoples mortgages which quite frankly hurts. Storage should not be nose bleed expensive. Not for what it is.
Very positive experience!! Alicia was super understanding when we cancelled before the first month ended. It turned out that we didn't need the storage space as our restoration company was able to store the last boxes we had kept to review after a flood.
