Went to look at a few different Storage facilities prior to using Storguard Self-Storage in Coquitlam. We were very impressed with the excellent friendly customer service we have received from Jason. He was extremely helpful and explained all our options for choosing the right locker sizes for our contents and explaining everything to us. This is a new facility and by far surpasses all the others in pricing, it's immaculate spotless clean, excellent monitored security, easy drive up individual loading bays. We also like the idea that the facility is very secure, camera monitored, and only accessible and available during business hours when the staff is there. Absolutely brilliant idea to have the car wash attached to the facility. Angela A.

I was looking for a storage facility and felt very happy finding this one. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff helping me answer my questions and finding the right locker. It was an easy choice. It's great to know it's a safe, reliable and clean space with people that care and are helpful. I would recommend it!!
Beautiful brand new facility! Best prices in town with professional and courteous staff, worked with Jason mainly as well as Justin and the lovely young lady. All concrete and steel, climate controlled in winter, 2 elevators, dollies and various types loading bays. Sprinkler systems above units, well lit and their security system, along with cameras, is no one gets in unless they're on site but they are open 7 days a week so works for me.
Looked all over Van for storage, and these guys were the best in terms of customer service, and price. They couldn't have been more helpful. The facility is brand new, and I feel safe knowing my stuff is here! Top notch.
