Great experience with Maple Leaf Self Storage on Fawcett Rd. Super helpful staff every time I was there. Easy to move in and out of inside storage unit.
We have never rented storage facilities before, so really don't have anything to compare. The staff are friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Location is very convenient. Any time we have been in the building it is clean and well lit; there are always carts and 2 wheelers available to help with the movement of goods. The facility is well lit and loading and unloading are a breeze. We would recommend this facility to others.Cori & Gary
From the front door all the way to the lockers, everything is clean and bright; all the staff are friendly and helpful. There are some nice touches for visitors: a well stocked washroom behind the lobby, and a coffee machine - with several varieties - near the front counter.At Christmas, there was a large tree in the lobby and decorations were everywhere!It all makes what could be a tedious visit much more bearable!!!
We were in need of a quick storage solution and couldn't be more happy with the Maple Leaf Storage on United Blvd. They were courteous over the phone and even more pleasant and professional in person. In took only minutes to get set up and we were given a tour of the facility with all the explanation we needed to then get into the storage ourselves when we brought our stuff. The facility is clean and looks well maintained. Would definitely recommend them.
Large, clean, secure facility with good size bay door for ease of loading. Always different sized dollies available for use. Aidee (customer service rep) went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue I was having with my lock. Thank-you Aidee, you are amazing! My only reason for 4 stars is because the mapping/numbering system is very confusing.
