I have encountered numerous vets, and these guys by far are the most helpful and caring vet! The doctor was very patient with us in explaining everything from surgical procedures, medications and the cost implications, so there are no surprises at the end. The staff is very friendly and caring. Individual attention and frequent follow-up calls exemplify the exceptional service these guys provide.
Dr. Im is one of the best diagnosticians and veterinarians I would recommend him to anyone.
The doctor and nurses are very kind and friendly and the doctor is so gentle. But if your dog needs surgery or is seriously sick, find other place. Surgery cost was more expensive compared to other places and the surgeon was so arrogant and unprofessional. He seems he always late for surgery and you cant get enough feedback after surgery from him and it is not welcome to ask questions after surgery. The doctor cant answer your question with confidence because surgeon did the surgery and there is no one responsible for the surgery result since the surgeon does not like to give you feedback or gives you weird answer which consequently made after surgery x ray costing 170 bucks turned totally useless. And the doctor gave me some medicines for my dog's eyes but it did not work. So I do not think I want to go back this hospital if my dog is seriously ill or needs surgery. But for light problems such as just examining virus, it is okay since they are good practitioner.
Dr Dan is an animal lover with gentle hands. My pets trust him making our visits pleasant.
I brought in my cat to get neutered and Dr. Im was great. He went over every step with me and made sure I understood everything and that everything was safe. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet!
