I have only wonderful things to say about this vet and animal hospital. Thorough compassionate and reassuring. They walked me through my old dogs major surgery, making me feel confident it was the right decision. I hope we dont need to go back for a while but if we do need a vet I know where well go!
I have been going to this clinic for 9 years for my 12 year old dog but it was only when my new dog became ill and I was forced to go to two different emergency clinics that I realize how fortunate I have been to be using this clinic for the care of my dogs. The staff are amazing and although it is not the cheapest clinic in town, the value is incredible as they do not recommend unnecessary procedures. Also, the two emergency clinics misdiagnosed my dog and the vet at North Road Animal Hospital was able to provider her with a correct diagnosis and calmed my worries after the emergency clinics had suggested she needed "immediate emergency surgery". I can't say enough - stick with this clinic and you won't regret it.

Great vet to go to. The doctor was super friendly and nice as it was our first time. Gave up pointers and tips to relieve our issue with our kitten scrathing too much. Definitely recommended for any first time or new pet owners
