The best animal hospital I have ever experienced. My dog, Emma, is having an ongoing treatment here. We are really grateful for all supports we have been receiving. Thanks to Dr. Goodwin and his wonderful team, Emma is being cured well. I love everything about this clinic: super professional and experienced vets, very friendly staff, reasonable pricings, daily phone updates on status of patients, and many other good things. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.
My words cannot even express how much I appreciate this amazing place! These ladies went above and beyond. We had to say goodbye to our beloved dog and each and every person at this hospital went over and above. Their compassion, helpfulness, empathy and love made a devastating situation bearable and as pleasant as it could be. I felt comforted, respected and like my family and our pet truly mattered to them. I highly recommend them!
The staff here are wonderful, they truly care about your pets and understand that they are a part of your family. When you're not there, they are still checking in on your pets and making sure they are as comfortable as possible.Like anything nowadays, remember to get medical insurance for your pets. Make going to the vet as less stressful as possible for everyone
This is the best animal hospital I ever been at. Everyone from the Vets to the staff are awesome, friendly, competent, and very loving to animals. I really trust them and will keep going back to this hospital for as long as I own dogs
I am looking for a vet as we are getting a new puppy next week. Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital had good reviews, so I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone on Saturday around 530 pm should NEVER work with the public. She was abrupt, rude and repeatedly interrupted me while I made my appointment. I would expect someone working in this environment to have a warm and welcoming manner, however the receptionist had none of these qualities. You may have great doctors, but when your front line people are this rude it is a complete turn off to a potential client. Will never go to this animal hospital.
