Just brought our senior cat in for the first time and had an excellent experience. The veterinary assistants were SO friendly and helpful. Dr. Clark was very thorough with his exam. we didn't feel as if he was rushing to get to the next client (like many other vets do in Port Coquitlam). We will definitely be bringing all of our cats in to this clinic from now on. Highly recommended!
This place is a joke. They are only interested in your money and will always try to up sell you service and products that are not necessary. They will give you a quote then change the price to a higher one after you take your pet in. I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for your pet. But if you wanna give your money away be my guest. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Absolutely wonderful service. Assistants and Dr. Clark are amazing. I brought my cat in a few weeks ago he spent nearly an hour just talking to me about her history and what he thought could be wrong problems and solutions, very thorough. Him and all his staff seem to genuinely care about the animals and helping in whatever way they can. Ive had to bring her in every day for about a week for medication and they have just been outstanding, answering any questions I have giving all the information I could possibly need. I would highly recommend this veterinarian, and I will definitely keep coming back! Better than any vet Ive been to before by far :)
Dr Clark and the front office are great. They were able to get Odin in the evening of when the appointment was made(6:30pm) which is very accommodating. Dr. Clark is very thorough and was able to explain all of the options for Odin's swollen eye. In the end, the antibiotics and topical cream were enough as Odin's recovery has been awesome. Furthermore, Dr Clark personally went out of his way to make a follow up phone call a week later. Over and above in my books.
Been going here for over 9 years and the last few years it has been going downhill. Way to overstaffed and no one knows what's going on. The prices are getting ridiculously high, I will be going to a different Vet from now on. Very disappointed that it has been going downhill so much. Don't recommend new clients to go here.
