Brought our puppy here 30mins before closing time because we were worried about an allergic reaction and they took him in right away. Staff is very friendly. Dr.Ali was thorough and kind. He did not try to push unnecessary treatments and he was very reassuring. Very happy!
My Cat Peanut had recently broken her digits. Her first visit was overwhelming with xrays and a cast and a cone. but was our next visit with Dr. Ali was amazing. He understood that my cat is a jumper and with or without a cast she was going to jump. So he had the cast taken off as she would do more damage with it on. I will be seeing Dr. Ali for all of my pets as I trust him and he listens.
Sub standard services with heavy medical bills. Dr.Farehadi is mostly concern about money than you loved ones. Will never take my Shitzu here again
The first thing Dr. Ali talked about when he walked in the room was pet insurance and after our experience, I understand why. $1000 was the bill he presented to us (as a worried pet owner) we listened. He caused our dog so much stress with an x-ray, injections, and a forced poop sample that our dog vomited on the way out of the office. This doctor's solution was to put as many medications into her system as possible and to do as many tests as possible "just in case" it was what he predicted -- none of the tests resulted in a diagnosis. My guess is that these positive reviews are mostly false (either paid for or written by friends and family who have some sort of stake in the business.) Because this is absolutely, first and foremost a business to make as much money as possible on people's love for their animals.
I just took my dog into this clinic for the first time after being referred by a friend. Dr. Ali was absolutely fantastic! Very personable, knowledgeable, and great with my dog. This is definately our new 'go to' clinic.
