We rented a unit for 2 years from Sentinel Storage. Clean, bright, secure and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I won't hesitate to use Sentinel Storage again nor to refer the use of their services to my friends.

I recently moved from Coquitlam to Saskatoon. Unfortunately due to some problems with UHaul, I had to put items in storage at the last minute, until I can return in a few months to pick everything up. I believe it was Shannon that I dealt with, and she understood my needs, my frustrations and was very accommodating in a very stressful situation. I am very happy to be a returning customer to this location, and so relieved they were able to help me out. I highly recommend this location!!
Horrible experience.I was lied too. The blond secretary will lie for business. Obviously i look like the idiot for trusting this blond secretary.She said the scratch on the truck occurred while driving... when i knew nothing occurred. In fact the scratch she pointed out was impossible to occur while driving. The scratch bubbled up an inch and down an inch repeatedly for about 6 feet and even changed directions. A later day she marked the scratch turned into numerous scratches in a 1 ft tall area on the rear corner of the sentinel truck. so a line scratch became 100's of scratches at the corner of the truck.Then she tells me I scratched the drivers side as well. saying "The black shading had marks that disappeared and these shaded marks were caused from you."Yet alone she didn't even mention her original accusation of where she stated the scratches occurred. I do not support these low morals, so I instantly closed my account. Yet today I find the blond lied to me a forth time, since I'm still being sent bills. Anyone supporting this blond secretary encourages negative morals... whats next?
at first they offer a lower price and then after 3 months they will increase the fee with additional $25+ (inc tax) and after 6 mos they obliged every storage to pay an insurance fee of $12 if you dont have proof of insurance receipt from outside insurance company. you have no choice even your stuff isnt that insurable. we found this increase unreasonable in our part that leads us to vacate our storage locker. sure there is another increase that they will impose to the renters!Glad we found a storage with affordable fee and with bigger size.
