Excellent customer service. The guy who helped me was Calvin. He is very knowlegable and answered all my questions clearly and patiently, will definitely buy from them again.
Buying something on launch day can sometimes take a very long time, even if I know what I want and just need to pay and leave. Have to make an appointment and wait for the staff to come to me. Otherwise a good store, friendly staff.
Apple isn't interested in replacing your phone battery. After trying to convince you not to replace your battery, they will run a test. And unless it runs extremely poor they will charge an additional fee for replacement. I'm my case they refused to replace the battery due to suspected water damage to the phone. A service so easy I was able to get it done at a non apple store for less money. And better yet I didn't have to wait 2 hours before being rejecting service. If this was any other kind of hardware you could replace the battery with just a battery and YouTube. My favorite part was having a tech blame the product instead of the battery. I had even requested a battery before any potential water incidents. But sadly they convinced me to hold off on a low cost solution. And its inaccurate to suggest these older batteries won't decline in capacity over years of excessive use.
I had a great experience with the manager yesterday. Id been having troubles with my second iPhone 6+ and she managed to get me a deal into getting another phone and working something out within my budget. Very friendly, definitely cared about the position I was in, and was understanding and professional. Thank you very much! Would definitely recommend this location, it may get busy sometimes but I prefer this location over others 100%.
