My husband and I were really impressed with the customer service we received at Snuggle Bugs. The staff were really knowledgeable and even helped us not over buy products we probably wont need. As first time parents we really appreciated this! I wish there were a Snuggle Bugz in Vancouver bc Id rather support their business over WCK.
My husband and I went there on whim to browse on strollers and car seats for our first baby and we were honestly blown away by the customer service and attention we received from Kennis (I hope I got the name right with my preggo brain)! We walked away with a sale purchase of a Valco Baby stroller, a few nursing essentials, and a goodies bag. Highly recommended to parents-to-be and other people wanting to buy baby-related items to check out this store! :)
Two huge things you should know #1- I made a baby registry there I dont like that you have to put things in basket or right it down on a paper .#2 for some reason one of the staff changed my expected due date they crossed of nov 13th and changed it to October 13th , Im not sure why of who or how but not only that I have revived four calls about my registry two was that it was not working (my registry ) and they had to call support and they other two calls was to confirm my due date .. like when people tell you somthing do you guys not document it ? Who keeps dropping the communication ball ? Anyways today was the last straw me and my family are super sick and Im very pregnant and just finally after a huge ordeal I got my two year old to nap and if any of you have babies you understand the battle !!!!!! I was finally relaxing next to her when my cell rings , I didnt recognize the number so I ignored it and not even a Minuit later they called again ! Now I have an awake two year old and whos sick and cranky and now I dont get rest either.. unless someone is dyeing or its a medical emergency why are you calling me twice in a row ! And leaving a voice mail and all you want to ask for third and fourth time is my due date ? Are you kidding me ? The associate apologized but still and says she has to call support ect ect like I dont care what you have to do if you can fix it thats fine if not Id rather take my money and registry elsware considering my strollers and ect are from Uppa baby and bought from there you have lost a customer at this point there is no excuse phone died half way through the ring or not my phone rang six times before I could hop out of bed to turn it off the first time .. anyways unless you want to get harassed or have everything mixed up they cant seem to get it together at coquitlam you may as well go to babies r us I have never had ANY problems or phone calls from there lesson learned.
A bit on the pricey side - super knowledgeable staff and always fully stocked.
I buy most of the baby gear in this store. They are so helpful and friendly. When I needed car seat right away, they allow us to use display car seat. Because my baby arrived earlier than we expect. And car seat we ordered was still on transit. It was very helpful and we are so thankful what they did to us
