Amazing service! Alexa was great, super knowledgeable and very patient. I was purchasing a backpacking tent and she took the time to educate me and show me different models in my price range, she even took the time to help me set up several tents so that I could really decide on the right one for me!Thanks Alexa and team! I typically find myself grumbling about their prices, but I can't deny that this is a great store for someone interested in most any outdoor activity. Whether it's camping, hiking, climbing, kayaking, you name it, this is a great place to check out for equipment and clothing. I've been here numerous times and have always found the service very friendly. The different items I've bought from here have all served me well and were great quality.

Terrible. Wanted to buy hiking boots, but no staff, only 1 cashier for entire store. Good stock and prices, but what good is this if you cant actually try shoes on and get help. I was in the store for 20 mins, walked the whole store looking for help and there was no one to help me.
Cool store with great staff. I went in for a sleeping bag and the person that helped me was really knowledgeable and a great help. Plus you get Canadian Tire rewards.
