Excellent and knowledgeable staff that knows everything about their products
The Surrey store is not carrying much inventory and i feel it is on its last legs. I note the store is movinglikely looking for traffic. I bought a large dust collection system however they now lack much of the pipping connections and even the grounding wires--which is supposedly arriving in several months. Lee Valley and KMS for me---sadly.
Great selection for the woodworker. Seems a bit disorganised. Prices are somewhat higher than expected. Helpful employees.
My primary store to purchase equipment and regular supplies from as a professional woodworker. Staff is good, store manager Remi is excellent, and prices are better than most other places when compared with same quality / namebrand. I've been a customer there since they opened years ago and have been treated with great respect from day one.
It's like the old house of tools , but their house brand of tools ,, CWI are well manufactured as well as the best bang for the buck . Awesome place to drool...
